Orchestra da camera "Giuseppe Tartini" - based in Latina,
the orchestra is one of the most important in Italy, cooperating
with many famous musicians like Donato Renzetti, Katia Ricciarelli,
Maria Dragoni, Luis Bacalov (Premio Oscar), Mariella Devja and
Viktoria Mullova. Among their most significant performances, was
their extraordinary concert at the Vatican for the fifth centenary
of the laying of foundation stone of the Basilica di San Pietro.
Conductor: M° Marco Gatti - Conductor and composer, he studied
with Guido Baggiani and Matteo D'Amico, and then with Franco Donatoni.
His work as a conductor is very vast, working with orchestras
across Europe and with great musicians such as Bruno Canino, Sandro
Verzani, Gianluca Littera and I Solisti della Scala. Even as a
composer his work is very diverse, writing both Symphonic music
and for the Theater. He is Professor of Composition at the Italian
University.
Soloist:
M° Vladimir Zubitsky - Accordion Soloist, Composer and Conductor,
he won the CIA Coupe Mondiale in 1975. Famous worldwide for his
outstanding compositions for accordion solo, strings, orchestra,
ballet and opera, he will perform some of his own compositions
with pianist Natalia Zubitskaia and the Orchestra "G. Tartini",
under the direction of M° Marco Gatti.
