Original Music Award
The selected composers have been invited to make representation of their 'Original Solo Work' composed in 2012/2013, to be presented at the Coupe Mondiale for the first time, by the artist of their choice. The jury was composed not only of all the International Jury members, but also Delegates and Contestants and audience members. The works presented were up for consideration to be included in the CIA Composition Portfolio 2013.

The compositions presented were:

  • Beijing 2011 by Franck Angelis (performed by Jianan Tian, China)
  • Valse-Caprice by Viatcheslav Semionov (performed by Vitaly Kondratenko, Russia)
  • Pater Noster by Gorka Hermosa (performed by Christel Sautaux, Switzerland)
  • Fantastic Suite "Images" No. 1 by Sergei Lobkov (performed by Sergey Lobkov, Russia)
  • Paco by Gorka Hermosa (performed by Sergey Lobkov, Russia)

After calculating the vote of the International Jury, the Audience and the Contestants, the following of the new works were admitted to the CIA Composers Portfolio to be promoted:
